Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Pt. Bpr Arta Utama Pekalongan)


ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research is to analyze further the effect of transformational leadership style, employee motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. In this study, the researcher uses of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational cultureas an independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Methods of data collection in the research that is used is a questionnaire with a sample of 57 permanent employees of PT. BPR Arta Utama Pekalongan (consisting of a central office and fourbranch offices), in which the research is using a sample of census or using the entire population of employees of PT. BPR Arta Utama. Methods of data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the multiple linear regression that is performed to produce transformational leadership style, it has a positive and significant impacts on employee performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and organizational culture do not affect the performance of employee.

Analisis Efek Janji Organisasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Pt. Madu Gres Bantul Yogyakarta)


Abstract: This research is motivated by the presence of problems of the many employees  ho left the company at PT Madu Baru Bantul, Yogyakarta. Moreover, accordingto the pre-survey interviews that have been done, there is a lack of communication between the leaders with employees. Objective of this study was to analyze theinfluence of organizational commitment, leadership, employee performance, andjob satisfaction as intervening variables in PT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakartace.Method of analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive andquantitative. The samples in this study were employees of PT Madubaru amountedto 77 people. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire that hasbeen tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis method was using classicassumption test, path analylisis, as well as the coefficient of determination.Descriptive analysis shows that organizational commitment, leadership, jobsatisfaction and employee performance was moderate. Based on the results ofmultiple linear analysis and test of Sobel test indicates that organizationalcommitment, leadership, positive influence on employee performance and jobsatisfaction mediate organizational commitment and leadership on employeeperformance. The coefficient of determination shows that the work satifaction of PT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment,leadership and job satisfaction by 32.o%, while the remaining 68,0% areinfluenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this study.The coefficient of determination shows that the employees performance of PT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment,leadership and job satisfaction by 47,7%, while the remaining 52,3% are influenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this study

Analisis Efek Persepsi Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Perceived Value Terhadap Kepuasan Religius Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Menabung Ulang (Studi Pada Bni Syariah Semarang)


ABSTRACT: The duduk kasus in this research is a decrease in the amount of third party funds (savings) are decreased and the high number of closing the savings account of Islamic banking. This research aims to test the power of perceived service quality and perceived value to religious satisfaction to improve consumer resaving interest in an Islamic Banking in semarang (study in BNI Syariah). This study using three independent variable isperceived service quality and perceived value , variable resaving intention consumer as adependent variable and variable religious satisfaction as intervening. A method of this research technique using probability sample that is random sampling and clusters of sampling to sample as many as 100 of respondents in the middle class andover who had bought an apartment in semarang .A method of data analyst using a technique double regression analysis , the analysis includes: test the validity of , a test of reliability , test the assumption of the classics , linear regression test doublet test , test f , test the coefficients determined and test sobel. The results show significant and positive effect perceived service quality to religious satisfaction and resaving intention, significant and positive effect perceived value to religious satisfaction and repurchase intention, and then significant and positive effect religious satisfaction to repurchase intention.

Analisis Imbas Tato, Wcto, Dan Der Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Roa Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Imbas Indonesia Era Tahun 2009-2013)


ABSTRACT: The aims of this research is to examine the direct effect and indirect effect of Total Asset Turnover, Working Capital Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio on Firm Value with Return On Asset as an intervening variable. This research sample is manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2009-2013 by using purposive sampling method. There are 64 manufacturing companies selected as sample. The method of analysis used is Path Analysis, the development of multiple linear regression. Using multiple regression analysis, it is known that TATO has positive significant effect on ROA. WCTO and DER has negative significant effect on ROA. TATO has positive not significant effect on Firm Value. WCTO has negative significant effect on Firm Value. DER and ROA has positive significant effect on Firm Value. The result of path analysis showed that TATO influence Firm Value through ROA. Besides, it was found that the value of the adjusted R square for the equation ROA is 25,3% while the value of the adjusted R square for the equation PBV is 39,7%.

Pengaruh Diskualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Negative Word Of Mouth (Wom) Dengan Ketidakpuasan Pasien Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Puskesmas Ngesrep Di Kota Semarang)


ABSTRACT: This research was motivated by a lot of medical patient complaints after visiting to Puskesmas Ngesrep in form of critics and suggestions. It indicates there areunsatisfactory feelings after their visit to Puskesmas Ngesrep that could be because of disquality services from the management. This research is aiming to analyze the effect ofdisquality service medic and non-medic toward patient disatisfaction and negative WOM.This research using descriptive and quantitative for data analyze. The samples for this research are 400 patients that visited Puskesmas Nngesrep. Data was collected using questionnaires which tested the validity and reliability. The data was analyzed using multiple regression.
The result of descriptive analysis shown that disquality service medic, disquality servicesnon-medic, patient’s disatisfaction, and negative WOM Puskesmas Ngesrep classified as low. Statistical tests shown patient’s disatisfaction variable is affecting positively toward negatif WOM variable (hypothesis 1 is accepted), disquality service medic variable isaffecting positively toward patient’s disatisfaction (hypothesis 2 is accepted), disquality services medic variable is affecting positively toward negatif WOM (hypothesis 3 is accepted), disquality service non-medic is affecting positively toward dissatisfaction patient’s (hypothesis 4 is accepted), and disquality services non-medic variable is affecting positively toward intention to negative WOM (hypothesis 5 is accepted).

Analisis Pemetaan Budaya Organisasi Mennggunakan Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (Ocai) Pada Fakultas Ekonomika Dan Bisnis Universitas Diponegoro


ABSTRACT: Organization Culture is need to be developed and adapted with the developments and changes of the organization. Nowadays, many companies do not understand theimportance of organization culture as a mendasar factor in the company. Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Diponegoro have the vision, mission, values, and goals to be achieved. With the mapping of cultural profile of current and future expectations may be one input for an institution to prepare for the change and understand whether the vision, mission, and values that have been defined it is understood and preserved as the organization's culture.
This research was conducted by survey method using OCAI (Organizational CultureAssessment Instrument). The survey conducted on alumni, students, staff, and faculty witha sample size of each stratum 25 people. So great the entire sample was 100 people. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach so as to reveal and analyze the cultural profile FEB Undip current and expected in the next few years.
The results obtained from this study showed a difference between the perception of the current culture of alumni, students, staff, and faculty. Alumni, staff, and faculty feel thatthe dominant culture of the company is the culture clan. Meanwhile, students feel the current dominant culture is a culture of hierarchy. There are cultural similarities expected by all stakeholders ie culture clan. There seems to be a demam isu toward morepowerful clan culture as a type of culture is expected. This cultural profile picture FEB Undip can be used for decision making in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives of the FEB Undip.

Analisis Imbas Kualitas Produk Dan Gambaran Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Cetakan Continuous Form Melalui Doktrin Merek (Studi Pada Percetakan Jadi Jaya Group, Semarang)


ABSTRACT: This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality and merk image on purchasingdecisions continuous form printing with using merk trust as perantara variable study onconsumers Makara Jaya Group, Semarang. The quality of continuous form products is to beconsidered consumers in making a purchase at Makara Jaya Group. The strategy used by Makara Jaya Group to maintain merk image is new innovations with printed paper-based Security Printing design that makes the company different from competitors and increase merk trust.This study used non-probability sampling is used for judgmental sampling. Data were collected from 197 respondents selected using criteria that should have madea purchase of continuous form at least twice. The method analysis used in this research was Maximum Likelihood test using the aktivitas of AMOS version 21.0.The results showthat the product quality and merk image has positive influence on merk trust. But, merk trust did not positive influence on purchasing decisions. Then, product quality andbrand image has positive influence on purchasing decisions continuous form at Makara JayaGroup, Semarang.
